This gorgeous young girl is Dorothea Hickey (1955), future Brigidine Sister, beautifully dressed for her first communion in 1944.
At the time, Dorothea was a student of St Joseph’s Brigidine Primary School on Salvado Road, Wembley. The convent was at No: 12.
